If you purchase Ark Home and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — provided the download link has not been used.

We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Once the download link has been accessed, we ask that you include a brief explanation of what didn't work. We use this to improve the product. Refunds on accessed downloads are granted at our discretion but we err strongly on the side of the customer — if Ark didn't do what we said it would, you get your money back.
